The Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) informs the public that the one-day certification course for Passenger Transport Drivers and Conductors, initially scheduled to be held in Trashigang on June 21, 2025, will now be conducted in Gelephu due to low participant registration in Trashigang.

Eligibility Criteria:
Drivers: Must hold a valid PD (Heavy and Medium Bus Driving License)
Conductors: Must be 18 years or older

As per the information received from the GovTech Agency we are unable to proceed with the rollout of the redeveloped CiNET and CRPS systems today as the system faced issues with the API connection and the user migration, Technical team is actively working on resolving the issue, and expected to complete the work by tomorrow. As a result, the redeveloped system will be ready for use the day after tomorrow.
