The bidding documents may be downloaded from RSTA website, www.rsta.gov.bt from 22nd August, 2019. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address as stated in the bidding document.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid security stated in BDS drawn in favour of Chief Regional Transport Officer, Regional Office, RSTA, Thimphu. Bid security shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.

Bids must be delivered to the same address on or before the date and time mentioned in bidding data sheet and be opened on the same day as mentioned in bidding data sheet in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
