The promotion ceremony for the thirty-eight employees  and awarding of certificates for the outstanding employees (2020-2021) for the officials of  Secretariat, DITT, DOIM and RSTA was graced by Hon'ble Judrel Lyonpo on 31st December 2021 afternoon.

While congratulating the award recipients, the Hon'ble Judrel Lyonpo reminded that the promotion should be taken as a humbling experience because there will be even greater expectations from the individuals  and that the promotions should be taken as a reward with a sense of pride.
