To mark the 6th UN Global Road Safety Week, which this year is celebrated between 17 and 23 May, the Hon'ble Dasho Secretary, MoIC launched a road safety book, face masks with road safety messages and a short music television today. The event is marked to create road safety awareness with the slogan "Streets for Life".

The book covers topics from good road safety practices, understanding road traffic signs, signal, markings and basic guide on vehicle maintenance. The book will be distributed to schools, institutes and other agencies besides making it available online.
