Road Safety and Transport Authority would like to invite seal bids from eligible contractors (Small) for the "Re-surfacing of Driving Test Area and Parking" in Thimphu.

The bidding documents may be downloaded from RSTA website, www.rsta.gov.bt from 5^th April 2018. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the same address. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security stated in BDS drawn in favour of Chief Regional Transport Officer, RSTA, Thimphu. Bid security shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.

Bids must be delivered to the given address latest by 10:30 A.M on 5^th May 2018, and shall be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend."
