Interested Bhutanese citizens who meet the eligibility criteria may apply. For the eligibility criteria, please refer Chapter 4 of the Recruitment, Selection Appointment Rules and Regulation, BCSR 2012.
For the post of MVI should submit the application along with the following documents at Regional Office, RSTA, Phuentsholing, on or before 15th February 2017.
For the post of Communication Assistant should submit the application along with the following documents at HRD Office MOIC, on or before 15th February 2017.

- Academic Transcript/Training Certificate
- A Copy of Citizenship ID Card
- Valid Security Clearance Certificate
- Valid Medical Certificate
- No objection Certificate from the Working Agency (if employed)
