The weather forecasting center with the National Center for Hydrology and Meteorology forecasts possibility of light rain/snow over the western, central, and northern Bhutan in next 72 hours. The press release also says high altitude areas about 3500 metres above the sea level likely to receive light to moderate snowfall. In this regard, RSTA requests all the travelers to avoid driving in the late nights and early morning. All are cautioned to be care full of black spot, wet areas and the most important one, please drive slow. Drive safe and be safe.
