The Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) is pleased to announce the registration for a two-day in-person Induction Course in Thimphu, scheduled from 16th September to 19th September 2025 in two batches for the eligible Bhutanese who are aspiring to become a Construction contractor. Registration Instructions:

1. The course is intended for interested Bhutanese aspiring contractors who wish to become registered construction contractors.

2. Registration must be done online. The link to the registration form will be available on the website www.bcta.gov.bt  from September 1, 2025 at 9:00AM and it will be closed at 5:00 PM on September 11, 2025.

3. Please provide your correct and complete details as required in the registration form.

4. After filling out the form, on submission, you will see 'Registration Successful'. That completes the online registration process.

5. Any other mode of registration (telephonic call, application and email etc.) will not be accepted.

6. Proceed to make your payment at the nearest BCTA's Regional offices and Base offices or at the nearest Regional Revenue and Customs Office (RRCO) and email its receipt to abpradhan@bcta.gov.bt or sdolma@bcta.gov.bt or dorji@bcta.gov.bt or kgyeltshen@bcta.gov.bt with your Name, Firm Name and Mobile number mentioned.

7. Your seat is only confirmed upon the fulfillment of the payment.

8. Please ensure that the payment receipt is submitted by 5:00 PM on or before September 11, 2025.

9. Upon closing of registration, the participants will be divided into batches and the exact date and venue will be shared with individuals via email.
