RSTA appreciates customers using the online payment Services to avail RSTA services, however please note that vehicle owners must still visit the nearest RSTA office for inspection of the vehicle  for fitness test (Road Worthiness Test) and pay accordingly as required. If you prefer manual cash payment after the fitness test, you will get the Fitness Certificate instantly from any RSTA office you visit, Or if you prefer to pay online after the vehicle has been inspected, you can pay online later without having to park your vehicle and without having to wait in the queue.
