Chief RTO joins Office Print

Mr Prem P Adhikari has joined Office today as the Chief Regional Transport Officer for Regional Office, Thimphu. The Director General, other Officials of Head Office, Officials of Thimphu Region welcomed the New Chief by offering Trashi khadar. Other friends and families also joined the ceremony and offered trashi khadar.
