The new Chief Regional Transport Officer for Regional Office, Phuntsholing officially joined the office today. Officials of Phuntsholing Region and the Chief Transport Officer from the head office welcomed the New Chief by offering marchang, zhudrey phunsum and trashi khadar. Regional heads, friends, families and others also offered trashi khadar.
