We would like to inform all users that the SMS service has been migrated to the G2C platform. As a result, SMS notifications from the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB) will now be delivered with the sender ID “RGoB” instead of “BCTA”.
This migration is expected to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and timeliness of SMS service delivery, ensuring that government notifications reach citizens more promptly and effectively.
