The Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) invites interested private bus operators willing to provide transportation services for devotees during the Kathrid Empowerment 2026 at Kuenselphodrang, Thimphu, commencing on 15 June 2026, to submit their details.
The deadline for submission is 2:00 PM on 12 June 2026.
