In connection with the upcoming Kathrid Empowerment at Kuenselphodrang, Thimphu, commencing on 15 June 2026 and expected to continue for approximately one month, the Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) invites interested taxi operators to provide transportation services for devotees.
Interested taxi operators are requested to register with BCTA through the link shared below. Only taxi operators registered with BCTA will be permitted to provide transport services during the event period as per the designated pick and drop location shared by BCTA.
Registration will open at 2:00 PM on 9 June 2026 until 5:00 PM on 11 June 2026.

The deployment of registered taxis shall be based on first come, first served basis depending on the transport demand and operational requirements for the entire event.
