The Bhutan Construction & Transport Authority hereby notifies the general public that the Vehicle Emission Test Centre has been relocated from its previous premises at Ramtokto to Jungshina near the STCBL fuel depot.
The new testing centre shall be fully operational with effect from 8th June 2026. Therefore, all vehicle owners are advised to visit the new location for their vehicle emission testing requirements.
