The Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA), under the Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS) Project -Bhutan, invites qualified consulting firms through a Limited National Market Approach to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Production of Road Safety Awareness Videos aimed at promoting safer road user behavior and supporting the project\’s road safety initiatives.
Interested qualified media firms are requested to submit their EoI in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached REoI and ToR documents by November 7, 2025 (Friday), on or before 1400 hours (Bhutan Time) to mdtamang@bcta.gov.bt.
