The Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) will be conducting a one-day certification course for Passenger Transport Drivers and Conductors (including aspiring participants) on 2nd April, 2026.
Venue: BCTA Office, SamdrupJongkhar
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Eligibility:
- Drivers: PD (Heavy or Medium Bus Driving License) holder
- Conductors: Individuals aged 18 years and above
