This is to
inform the general public that the erstwhile Road Safety and Transport
Authority (RSTA) and the erstwhile Construction Development Board (CDB) are
merged together and a new organization called the Bhutan Construction and
Transport Authority (BCTA) was formed with effect from 30th December 2022.
Now all fees
related to Construction Services can be
deposited in cash at the BCTA\’s Regional and Base Offices w.e.f 1st
August 2023. The applicants are requested to show the mail \”application approved for payment\” for
the payment to be made at BCTA Regional/Base Offices. The payment should be
made within 30 Days after the payment advice has been received by the applicants. Kindly send a copy of payment receipt to rchoden@bcta.gov.bt
to complete the construction services application process.
