The Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) will be conducting a one-day certification course for Passenger Transport Drivers and Conductors (including aspiring participants) on February 6, 2026.

Venue: BCTA Office, Phuntsholing
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Eligibility:

1. Drivers: PD (Heavy or Medium Bus Driving License) holder

2. Conductors: Individuals aged 18 years and above
