To
promote and ensure safety of cycling enthusiasts, pedestrians and other road
users, the Bhutan Construction
& Transport Authority (BCTA) and Traffic Police will be enforcing
regulations on bicycles
with immediate effect. All
cycling enthusiasts are requested to abide by the provision of regulations for
your own safety, the
safety of other road users and pedestrians.
It may
be noted that defaulters shall be penalized as per the provision of
Regulations.
