The Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) is pleased to announce the registration for a two-day in-person Induction Course in Thimphu, scheduled from September 24 to 29, 2026 in two batches for the eligible Bhutanese aspiring to register as a Construction firm.

Registration Instructions:
- The course is intended for interested Bhutanese aspiring contractors who wish to register as construction contractors.
- Registration must be done online. The link to the registration form will be available on the website www.bcta.gov.bt from September 2, 2026 at 9:00AM and it will be closed at 5:00 PM on September 15, 2026.
- Please provide your correct and complete details as required in the registration form.
- After filling out the form, you will see ‘Registration Successful’ upon submission. That completes the online registration process.
- Any other mode of registration (telephonic call, application, or email, etc.) will not be accepted.
- Proceed to make your payment at the nearest BCTA’s Regional and Base Offices or at the nearest Regional Revenue and Customs Office (RRCO) and email its receipt to kwangdi@bcta.gov.bt or kgyeltshen@bcta.gov.bt or sdolma@bcta.gov.bt with your Name, CID No. and Contact number.
- Your seat is only confirmed upon the fulfillment of the payment.
- Please ensure that the payment receipt is submitted by 5:00 PM on or before September 15, 2026.
- Upon closing registration, participants will be divided into batches and the exact date and venue will be shared with individuals via email.
