The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financial assistance in the form of Credit and Grant from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bhutan Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply of breath analyzer calibration machines, breath analyzers, mouthpieces, traffic cones, speed guns, and portable weighing machine all to be delivered to the BCTA Office in Lungtenzampa, Thimphu within 30 days.
Bidding follows a national market approach under the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations with bidding documents downloadable from www.bcta.gov.bt and www.moit.gov.bt from May 27, 2026 onward. Bids must be submitted with a Bid-Securing Declaration and delivered to the BCTA office no later than June 16, 2026 at 1400 hours, with opening to follow at 1430 hours the same day.
